Part – 1

Maan stepped into a dark silent room . He hates this slience . This silence screams at him telling him about biggest misfortune of his life . This silence whispers in his ears reminding him of angel of his life , all the time spent with her in this room..

Every corner and walls of this room speak about their limitless love . Those photos of their hanging on white dull walls squeezes his heart . He doesn’t want to live in this room but this is the only place where he gets a bit of solace otherwise everything is meaningless to him . He was even ready to die but her promises always binded him not to take such drastic step..

He loosened his tie and drop it carelessly on couch along with his coat . He opened his shirt buttons and thumped dowm lifelessly on couch leaning his head backwards closing his eyes feeling exhausted because of long day at office or from his p.o.v he is tired from his feckless life . A tear escaped his eye as he recalled her happiness filled face which used to greet him everyday after coming from office . She used to possess such a positive and lively energy that every tiredness used to vanish from his body just witnessing her long lasting smile . His angel , his Geet the sole purpose of his life who left him to live in this mean world..

He looked towards Geet’s frame which was kept on table . He took that in his hands and very softly carassed her face . There was a sweet smile on his face which can be rarely seen nowadays..

“I really miss u angel..plz come back na..I can’t live without u plz” cried Maan with tears continously dripping from his eyes . He stared at her pic..

” We promised each other to be together always but you broke your promise andleft me..am I that bad Angel that you left me..you just come back and I will do everything according to your wishes even I will take off on sunday as you always wanted but please come back ” whispered Maan to her pic touching his face with her pic..

” Please just come back..I will let you eat that your roadside food too..pakka promise ” said Maan to her pic pinching his neck just like kid who is making promises to God to send his mother back..

He traced her face rambling promises to her . He just want her back at any cost which is not possible but who can make him understand that . While tracing he remembered its their first KC ( karwa chauth ) pic before marriage where she was dressed in red suit looking truly a angel . He remembered how he jumped on to her balcony on that day to break her fast..

*Flashback*

It was their first karwa chauth after their confession and Geet wanted to fast for Maan though Maan refused for that as he didn’t want Geet to fast for him knowing about her eating habits . The girl whose mouth always chewed something how can she remain hungry whole day but Geet fighted with Maan and Maan had to bow down in front of her. It was around 8 in the evening when moon has finally showed his face but someone didn’t appear till now ..

Geet was waiting for Maan in her room but Mr.MSK was late and Geet was in full mood to take his class today and just then Maan jumped into her room from window . On seeing him Geet turned her face with fake anger otherwise her heart was jumping ” yes he is here he is here “..

Maan shaked his head seeing her nautanki . He knows that right now she is faking anger . He hugged her from back , placing his chin on her shoulder..

“ohh come on angel I know right now u r just faking anger so leave all this and come we will break ur fast” said Maan giving a kiss on her cheek..

“haww !! I am showing you fake anger toh phir thik hai leave from here I will break my fast alone” stated Geet cutely rubbing her cheek where Maan had kissed..aww that cute gesture of hers took his heart..

Maan turned Geet and placed his hands on her shoulder saying ” accha baba now come on we will break your fast then I will manofy u in my way” winked Maan while Geet blushed elbowing him..

Geet took her puja plate and both moved towards her room window from where moon can be clearly seen . Geet quickly finished all the rituals then Maan made her drink water and offered her some sweets..

“ab chaliye jaldi se mujhe kuch khilao ” Geet clutched Maan’s hands and took him towards her bed..

“haan haan chalo par thoda aram se ” said Maan seeing her walking so fast..

Both settled on bed and Maan fed her first bite and Geet made yummy expressions..

Maan was making her eat slowly but Geet was feeling hungry so she snatched plate from him and started eating without any break and Maan kept gaping at her..

After completing her food , Geet sipped water..

“now give me my gift” demanded Geet forwading her hand..

Maan gave her gift without teasing her . Geet opened gift and found a beautiful platinum chain with MG locket . She hugged him tightly and Maan too hugged her..

After spending some time with her Maan escaped from thete silently..

Maan closed his eyes remembering these beautiful moments of his life which gave him lots of happiness but now his life is so dull without Geet..
